Terms of service

These terms apply to the MCP Canary service, API, and CLI, run by XAKPC Dev Labs, a sole proprietorship in Armenia ("we"). Using the service, including through an agent that acts for you, means you accept them.

The service

MCP Canary sends requests to MCP endpoints that you configure and reports the results. A trial gives access for 72 hours, once per workspace and once per target host. After that, access needs a paid plan.

Your responsibilities

• Monitor only endpoints that you own or have permission to test.
• You choose which tools are called. A tool is called only when it declares itself read-only, unless you allow side effects. You are responsible for that choice and for the arguments you send.
• Keep your workspace token secret. Anyone with it controls the workspace.
• Do not use the service to attack, overload, or probe systems.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules.

Payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Polar, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and invoices. Prices are on the pricing section. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We do not give refunds for partial periods, except where the law requires it.

When access ends, checks and alerts pause. Your configuration and history stay for the retention period of your last plan.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". Checks can miss failures or report false ones, and the service can be unavailable. Do not use it as the only safety mechanism for critical systems.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data.

Changes

We may change these terms or the prices. We publish changes here at least 14 days before they apply to paid plans.
